Untapped Art Therapy: Transforming Young Lives Through Art Therapy in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole

We are a charity committed to reducing youth suicide and self-harm in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. Our mission is to support vulnerable children and young people by offering  art therapy which has a profound impact on mental health and emotional well-being.

Our Services

Art Psychotherapy:
We provide individual Art Psychotherapy sessions, to support young people explore their emotions and experiences through creative expression.

Art Therapy Groups:
Our Art Therapy Groups offer a supportive environment where children and young people can connect with others facing similar challenges, using art as a medium for healing and self-discovery.

CATT (Children’s Accelerated Trauma Therapy):
We specialise in CATT, a therapeutic approach specifically developed to help children recover from trauma more quickly and effectively.

Our Expertise

Since our inception in 1995 as a community arts company, Untapped has evolved into a specialist provider of Art Psychotherapy services. We have a rich history of delivering art workshops to vulnerable groups. Today, our primary focus is on delivering high-quality Art Psychotherapy to relieve the suffering of vulnerable young people, particularly those who are neurodivergent.
